The Future of Doing empowers organisations to design better workplace experiences for creative makers.
What started as a podcast in 2019 evolved into a global study, courses, books and a number of pragmatic tools to help organisations understand what creative makers really need from their workplaces today.
Designing workplaces fit for a future of doing of innovative work
Since 2019, diverse ‘creative makers’ from around the world have been taking part in a proprietary study to share what they think about work; the designers, developers, creatives and strategists who conceive of and build the digital products, services and experiences that we rely on today. They have shared what makes them want to work with organisations and what would make them leave, how they feel about work and what they want for their future. They also spoke about leadership, both as leaders and as those being led.
In a world of increasing and changing expectations about work, sought-after creative makers have the option to choose employers and clients who can best facilitate their needs as individuals. The future of doing is for organisations who want to be the first choice.
